Fabulous small hotel with reasonable value, we had a very nice stay. The location was great and fab and walk from a tram station. The lunch in Arte Cucina a minute walk from the property had every choice imaginable.

The hotel is cool and clean, has gorgeous views of a beautiful garden. The double room is cheap and has a kettle and a storage. The location of the property is awesome, so close to sea, old town, Masena, other nice areas of the city and most other tourist attractions in Nice. Need to add that there's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Le Bistroy, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

Overall very comfortable stay for two nights during my most recent trip. Clean place with lovely view of palm trees and Belle Epoque apartment blocks. Delicious breakfast and updated room with an old fashioned decor.

We had family room, and it was updated. The location was marvellous - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. There was a great restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

The breakfast was generous and rich with lots of dishes to choose from. Our twin/double room with a huge comfortable bed, showers charging clothing etc and shower overhead was newly renovated.
